Strasburg
Named after the French city Strasbourg, this version of the famous continental sausage has been refined by our DON® Fleischmeisters for the Australian palate.
Made from select cuts of pork and a blend of herbs and spices, the DON® Strasburg is smoked and slowly simmered using traditional methods.
Mild in flavour, the natural spice characters and hints of pepper have an appealing and sweet flavour.
