White Hungarian
This is one of the first salamis we made at DON®. It is crafted with a blend of aromatic spices from recipes handed down by traditional Hungarian craftsman.
Made from prime Australian pork and beef, the White Hungarian has a smooth, supple texture.
With a soft, deep red colour, White Hungarian captures the flavours of mild smoked meats, a semi course texture and filled in a white casing. It has a blend of spices, garlic, paprika and peppers.
