The Traditional Hungarian salami is a mild European style characterised by subtle spices and crafted to a traditional recipe.
Made from a blend of prime Australian pork and beef, it has a smooth, supple texture and a soft, deep red colour.
The Traditional captures the flavours of mild smoked meats and a blend of spices, garlic, paprika and peppers which linger on the palate.
