Our new 50% Less Fat* Salami not only has half the fat of normal DON® Mild and Hot Salami, but it's also lovingly matured for up to 40 days, to deliver that big, authentic DON® flavour.
We smoke it with natural Australian hardwood. And that's what has always made DON® products so special - we combine the best of the European salami making traditions with our own distinctive Australian flavour. And that's the way it should be.
