The Hot Hungarian follows the same base recipe as the White Hungarian with the addition of birds-eye chilli.

Although Pepperoni was originally from Italy, the style was further developed in the United States.

As with Hungarian and Csabai, Gyulai originates from Eastern Europe and is a style that we make exclusively in Australia.
Mettwurst
Thought to have originated from northern Germany, Mettwurst was brought to Australia by migrants who settled in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.
