International Chorizo
DON® International Chorizo is inspired by the mild style found in the mountains of the Central Pyrenees in Spain.
Made from coarsely blended pork and beef seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic and a pinch of coriander, the International is a mild style of chorizo. It is the paprika, which gives chorizo its characteristic flavour and red colour.

Jalapeno Chorizo
The DON® Jalapeno is the hottest of the DON® Chorizo range and has been developed by the DON® Fleischmeisters as a modern twist on the hotter styles of the Mediterranean regions of Spain.
Coarsely blended pork and beef are infused with a range of spices including paprika, cayenne pepper, chilli and garlic resulting in an intensely spicy and flavoursome chorizo.
